Wilksworth Farm is situated in an historic setting. The house a Grade 2* listed building, was once owned by Henry VIII and is listed in the Doomsday Book. Today the site still enjoys the tranquility of this beautiful part of Dorset.
The touring and camping areas are very attractively laid out, with every modern convenience. All the pitches have electric hook up and for that extra touch of luxury we also offer some full-service pitches with mains, drainage and water hook-ups.
The toilet block has recently been extended and completely refurbished to a very high standard and features a new family bathroom, disabled shower room, free showers, electric shaver points and hair driers. It also has under floor heating throughout. There is also a newly furbished laundrette and washing up area.
For recreation there is plenty on offer at Wilksworth, these include; a newly renovated fully heated swimming pool together with a childrens paddling pool, a full sized and short tennis court, a large childrens play area, a barbecue and activities area, a dog walk and exercise paddock and a games room!
